thanks guys.

i've since made a formal complaint, and basically they didnt do much just said sorry. especially since i had arranged to see a surgeon. they took that as 'well she must have been exagerating it cant have been that bad if she's carrying on'.

basically i decided not to let one stupid woman ruin everything, and switched to consulting with the hospital direct. the hospital, staff and care manager are great, and im having my BA a week today!

Good for you!!

Well done!!

I went for a tummy tuck with Transform and had no problems whatsoever.

They were the same on the consult very rushed and they didn't know anything apart from price etc but my friend had had a breat aug so I knew they were good.

But before  I went with them I also went to 4 others including HS.  They were all the same on the info apart from Transform were the only ones to say they could cut enough away without having a upper scar as well as the hip to hip.

I have a big scar hip to hip but OMG its nearly gone, its so faded its unbelievable my tum looks like it did when i was 16 I am 42 now. I also have abs and no stretch marks after the kids I had loads.

I love it, it was the best thing I have ever done.

The hospital staff were great and nothing was a bother, even when I was due to leave it was snowing ( done 1/12/2008# and I was scared and had pulled a muscle going to the loo and they said I could stay another night free of charge # I had paid for  and stayed 2 already ).

They came in just to talk or to help and were very friendly as well as caring.

As long as you are comfortable with your surgeon you will be fine.

P.S. I didn't feel any pain at all none honest, the pain releif and caring did it all.

GOT FOR IT GIRL.

Well done.

Thinking of you on your day.

Let me know how it goes.

Christien.

hiya

in the end i went for transform - in last fri (25th) had my BA and loving my new additions :)!

the hospital and the staff were great and im glad i went with them, regardless of the stupid clinic manager. going straight to the hospital rather than through the clinic was the best thing i could have done!
