Hey everyone ,

Does anyone get rash on your inner thighs where the skin rubs together i only get it wen i am on hols in the hot weather and worser wen wearing skirts..going on hols and love wearing skirts but this is preventing me from wearing them is there anything i use to help with this ?

Yes I have had the same, it is basically like prickly heat - have you tried that cream that is to stop skin and clothes rubbing? I've seen it advertised on the TV recently.
Do you find that the skin is dry and doesn't sweat? That happens to me when I don't drink enough water and my body doesn't have enough to sweat, if you drink a lot of alcohol or are just dehydrated from sweating you really need to drink 2 litres of water a day.

Thanks for your reply that cream is called anti chafing by lanacance i think gona make sure i pack that for my next holiday i dont think its to do with drinking water as on hols i drink alot more then i do here its more the case your skin is clammy then the skin rubbing together makes the skin break out in rash.

If anyone else has tried this cream please could you let me know whether it works or not.
