I'm 25 years old, i never wear make up. My problem is that i always seem to have red cheeks I'm not sure if its Rosacea, my face seems to be worse after showering so its quite bad if I'm going out. My skin can be dry and sensitive but i wonder if anyone has any tips or products they can recommend to help the problem.

Thank you

Kate

Message: Hello Kate,
As it gets worse, I assume it reacts to heat and damp. You probably experience this when you go out, as you are probably stressed.
As your skin is dry, have you tried cream E-45, it's available over the counter in most chemists. You could always try my natural treatments to clear your complexion, try organic coconut oil, as it is anti-viral and anti-bacterial, so it could clear the redness and dryness in one. You could also read my articles of advice in ivillage.co.uk under Sidra Shaukat, or get my book 'Natural Skin Care' by Sidra Shaukat at lulu.com.
Hope this helps.
