plan..... maintenance

breakfast... bag of sugar free dried strawberries

lunch.... roast lamb, leek, butternut squash

havent stopped picking bits off the lamb joint yet so doubt will not need anything else lol

loads of water, 4 coffee with cream. slimline tonic,

exercise.. picking walnuts!!!

Atkins WOE since 2004   -  started at  18st 10lb now 10st 7lb

Plan Induction (last day of week one)

B: None

S: small lump of cheddar cheese

L: x3 fried eggs, x1 veg sausage (4g), x2 rashers of veg bacon (2g), x1 baked tomato

S: Chocolate decedance bar (amazed these are ok on induction!!!)

D: Green salad, cucumber,  Makarell fillet, chilli sauce (1g)

drinks: water, diet coke, tea x2

Exercise: urmmmmmmm none......

First weigh in tomorrow...............

actually bubino the bars arent legal on strict induction and be aware they may stall you

Thanks Shy. A bit confused as it states on it they are ok for all phases.  I guess I need to be aware of this weakness, although it was very sickly (already finding I am not liking such sweet things already after just one week), it did kill my craving at that time.....

Will be aware of these cravings mind.

Loving the support on this site.

unfortunately atkins nutritional say they are ok for all phases but if u read the original atkins plan only 'real' foods are mentioned... for the best weight loss u need to stick to those foods, always refer back to the list if in any doubt at all

glad to hear u arent liking sweet stuff, when u taste ketchup and find it sweet u will know u have really got there lol
