perhaps u had more than u thought u did in the 4th week, thats why we list our menus so we dont get complacent... its amazing what u can consume on nights out and bear in mind if u had 3 nights out thats half the week not sticking to the rules also could it of been TOM time? anyway whatever the cause its done so move on, get straight back onto induction, drink lots of water and dont weigh for a week, list your menus everyday on the daily thread and keep it CLEAN!!! oh and dont ever be ashamed to post, we have all done it and no doubt we will all do it again at some point x Atkins WOE since 2004 - started at 18st 10lb now 10st 7lb

Hi Elaine
Don't stress, will stop by with the wagon so you can just hop on xx
It's a blip and small blip and nothing but a blip.
When I was trying to stop smoking someone told me to watch a baby learning to walk. They fall over and get straight back up and try again. Just think if we gave up on the first fall, we would all be rolling about the streets and crawing around LOL I always think of that when I make a mistake and it always makes me smile.
Good luck with the rest of the week and hang on in there.

Hi Elaine, don't beat yourself up, as Shy says we all fall off the wagon from time to time. You did the right thing to come back and post here, so we can all help you hop back on. Go back to induction and drink lots of water and you'll be losing again soon.
Don't give up!
x Low carb since May 08 - started 12st 7lbs, now 9st 7lbs and happily maintaining

thankyou all for words of support! weight gain in total 10lbs including week of self pity lol. back on track and losing again even being that time of month! i know socialising not encouraged but these are treats with mates after working hard all week, we take snacks with us and great mates that they are snacks only consist of crabsticks, mattesons sausage and cheese and the occasional bag of pork scratchings. i drink wine and soda, and compensate by not having any carbs throughout the day. am also varying my food, not as strict and rigid, am enjoying stirfry veg with chicken and asdas ready chicken meals, chicken ham and cheese DIVINE, whilst keeping carbs below 20grams. heres to more positive postings, have edited my ticker :( XX
