Snack ideas - mini babybels, hard boiled eggs, smoked salmon & cream cheese rollups, prawns
Meals - try grated corgette instead of pasta too and stir in cream cheese to make a sauce or make a bolognaise with quorn, make toppings for your fish with parmesan & herbs or serve with a creamy sauce, omelette pizza topped with veggies and/or tuna, prawns etc, make a fish curry, tofu stir fry with cauli rice - there's loads of ideas, you just have to be creative!
