Thanks ladies, yes will have try post everyday, or least every couple days,
Well i booked a trainer and thats the bst thing i ever did, as has personnal plan, and was shocked to hear how much of me is fat and muscle lol, plus motivation is I would feel fool to let them all down, and seeing weight come off, i NEVER want to put it back on, I havent said to trainer about low-carb, and he suggests lots carbs before gym!, and actually no-one here at home has really noticed the diet, just the weight loss!
Today (althought VERY VERY BLOODY TIGHT), managed to get on size 8 jeans, so was 9.12, now 9 1.5, need to get to 8.6, so hopefully by end of nov, then maintain to xmas, what the best present to myself, is to slay slim and look great on xmas morning,
and Shykins....you will have to find me the Baileys recepie for christmas lol
