Monday   

Plan: vlc

Breakfast: 2 hb eggs

Lunch: 4 chicken thighs

Dinner: 2 salmon fillets

Snacks: cheddar & celery

Drinks: water, 3 coffee & cream

Exercise: 30 min walk, 1 hr yoga 

x

Low carb since May 08 - started 12st 7lbs, now 9st 7lbs and happily maintaining

brunch... pate lettuce wraps

dinner.. bolognese

drinks .. water and 4 coffee with cream

exercise...20min gym and 40min swim

plan... maintenance

brunch...pate lettuce wrap

dinner... tandoori chicken, salad and a pint (oops)

4 coffee with cream
3pts water

15min treadmill, 40min swim

my fridge is bare of food so lord knows what i shall eat the next couple days lol

obviously wont be postin menus when i am away lol but shall be popping in to check if anyone else posts any

Tuesday    

Plan: maintenance  

Breakfast: 2 hb eggs

Lunch: 4 chicken thighs

Dinner: millions of peanuts & macadamias and a huge steak

Snacks: 90% dark choc

Drinks: water, 5 coffee & cream, (champagne, white wine & a mojito - shhhh!)

Exercise: none :-(

Wednesday    

Plan: vlc

Breakfast: 2 hb eggs

Lunch: 4 chicken thighs

Dinner: 2 salmon fillets and curly kale

Snacks: pork scratchings, cheddar

Drinks: water, 4 coffee & cream

Exercise: 30 min walk
