Breakfast: 2 hb eggs
Lunch: 4 chicken thighs
Dinner: millions of peanuts & macadamias and a huge steak
Snacks: 90% dark choc
Drinks: water, 5 coffee & cream, (champagne, white wine & a mojito - shhhh!)
Exercise: none :-(
Wednesday
Plan: vlc
Breakfast: 2 hb eggs
Lunch: 4 chicken thighs
Dinner: 2 salmon fillets and curly kale
Snacks: pork scratchings, cheddar
Drinks: water, 4 coffee & cream
Exercise: 30 min walk

Low carb since May 08 - started 12st 7lbs, now 9st 7lbs and happily maintaining
