Of course you are remembered, I like to keep track of how people are getting on and you are always welcome. May I make a suggestion that I know works for me when I am trying to phase out my junk habits.I get easily reachable things that I can munch on if im in a bad mood that arent bad for me. You get me? So Ill have nuts, seeds are a big ones for me, healthy cereals, healthy crisps. Its about damage limitation for me. I accept that at the moment I will reach for food when im feeling low, and thats something that I take as part of me, it isnt ideal but it wont change over night. There is no point in my berating myself for it or you berating yourself for how you are. Its better to do damage limitation, its all about convenience so make easily grabbable foods healthier options, raisins are great and sweet. Even little chocolate bars so u can grab one and hell if u want another have it but better than nothing right? xx
