Hi all,
I am new to all this and just getting started.
Myself and my mate are doing it at home together in a desperate attempt to loose some weight.
Our first goal is 18th September - we both have a wedding that day and want to feel a lot better by then.
We have small targets for each week, but are hoping that once we cut back on the beer and the take aways that we will start to look a slimmer and feel a lot better.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated!!!
