Oh dear, nearly forgot to weigh myself, so did it this morning after breakfast and clothed. More than I expected. I'm back on the GI Jeans Kick Start Plan as I want to lose those spare tyres that have crept back before I go to a Civil Partnership in a couple of weeks. Think I might need a little more than 2 weeks on the diet though.

Hi
The kick start diet is part of the GI Jeans Diet Rosemary Conley book. I guess it's much the same as the beginning 2 week plan at the classes but I've never been to the classes and have only ever followed the diets in books.

You chose 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner
1 extra portion of salad
2 extra pieces of fruit
450ml skimmed or semi-skimmed milk - I don't normally have this!
5 large glasses of water
Unlimited tea and coffee

It's based on 1200 calories per day.

Actually, I don't stick to the plan very rigidly at all and use it as a guideline.

Ana
