Has anyone got any new tips of ideas they would like to share?

Here's mine.

SILICON PASTRY BRUSH this is ideal if you don't have an oil spray for making a tiny bit of oil go a long way.  I use it when frying things to spread about half a teaspoon of oil around the whole pan.  It's easy to clean too.

DRIED FRUIT I have bought a whole stash of this to give me something to nibble on at work, there are lots of new varieties available now like sun dried bananas and dried cranberries.  It's great for something to take out and about or leave in the drawer at work - watch out for colleagues trying to sneak a bit though!  Check the nutritional information as some have added sugar or even oil!

Not great I know, but for the chocoholic out there, the Cadburys Light Chocolate Moouse are fab, only 60 cal and not over 5g of fat!!

Another thing that has kept me going is Waitrose Essential Chicken Noodle Cup a Soup, really tasty and filling and only 45 cal!!

I crave comfort food so the above are great!!
