Hi Ladies and gents!!! I have been doing RC for 3 weeks today, in the first week i lost 11lb in the 2nd week i lost 4lb, i was given the hip and thigh book and my calorie allowance and i'm hoping for a steady 3-4lb a week. i normally do diets and clubs for two weeks then give up, but the exercise spurs me on and releases stresses from work and so on, and i can already feel clothes fitting better and jeans hanging off me!!!! I would recommend this to anyone i meet!!!! would be nice to have some support from ladies on here and to give support to others!!! xxxx how are we all getting on??? xxx JUST REALISED I PUT 4TH WEEKLOL IT@S MY 4TH WEIGH IN LOL
