Well, I've lost a stone since joining weight watchers 4 and a half weeks ago, so things are going pretty well. Could ruin it all now though as the jam-making season has started and it is tricky to make them without at least eating a bit.
I need to set some new targets as have almost got back to pre-t'Other weight long before I was aiming to, and don't want to get complacent and sit back on my laurels. Still got a long way to go, but am feeling much better already and getting on the crosstrainer two or three times a week has made me feel much fitter and more in control of my body rather than the other way around.
