Morning

I do slimming world and for the past few weeks have maintained which is getting to me a bit now!!  I need to lose 11 pounds before 23 October which is definitely doable.

I've bought the new SW magazine and it's got loads of new recipies in it sop fingers crossed this fat will start to shift!!

I'm also upping my running (1/2 marathon in November) so that should help!

HIya

My sister and I want to do the half marathon next yr.  But having never run before are slowly working up.  I can run for 15 mins now.  Thats so much more than I could do about 2 mths ago lol.

That's brilliant Cathy!  I couldn't run round the block last November!!  NOw I've entered 1/2 marathons and even entered the London Marathon ballot (yep I'm mad!)

Before you know it you'll be saying "i'm just going out for a 3 mile run" and it will sound normal.  If I'd have said that a year ago everyone would have laughed at me.  I said it the other day and DH said " see how far you've come if you see 3 miles as an easy run"!

Good luck
