Message: My main way of keeping fit is to run/jog but I also am now trying to walk everywhere.  Housework also helps as does gardening!

Hiya

My main form of exercise is going to the gym.  At the gym I do weights and running.  I was doing cardio etc but then changed my programme as I wanted to do a half marathon.  I still do but my running isn't going great lol.  I can run for almost 15 mins now though which is more than I have done in yrs.

Message: I put other cos I go to the gym,mainly doing cross trainer and treadmill,but I also do a couple of aqua classes a wk. I also work at a restaurant 3 nights a wk and looking after my kids keeps me active as well! Well done on the running Cathy,when I started on the treadmill I walked fast,convinced I couldn't ever jog/run.Now I can do 30 mins on the treadmill which is a 5mins warm up,20 mins jog,5 mins cool down.I just have to have a 1 min break in the middle too! But that's a big improvement on before!
