I put other cos I go to the gym,mainly doing cross trainer and treadmill,but I also do a couple of aqua classes a wk. I also work at a restaurant 3 nights a wk and looking after my kids keeps me active as well! Well done on the running Cathy,when I started on the treadmill I walked fast,convinced I couldn't ever jog/run.Now I can do 30 mins on the treadmill which is a 5mins warm up,20 mins jog,5 mins cool down.I just have to have a 1 min break in the middle too! But that's a big improvement on before! Angi
