Message: hiya,
this board is too quiet.. i don't come on here much because of that so i'ts a vicious circle i think.. so quite so no one bothers iykwim.
Anyway i am trying to loose weight too.
I think best for your tummy is lots of walking and pilates also doing the ab cruncher in the gym. Not that i've bothered enough with any of those things.
Also higher protein and less refined carbs in the diet.
Drinking lots of water apparently shifts stomach fat and flushes the stubborn fat away.
I am setting a new target for Christmas to be 9st.
I have about 13lbs to loose in that case.
I put on about 3.5 stone with each and lost it after the first two but still got a little while to go since my 3rd.
Good luck!
Don't get a tummy tuck, they give u a horrible scar.
Otherwise i'd consider one lol.
I need a boob job though but that's getting off the subject.
Love
Tanya

Message: Thanks Tanya. Not too worried about a tummy tuck scar, got one from my c section anyway! Not an option at the mo anyway, too expensive! My target is also 9st by xmas,I've got 8lb to lose but can't stop eating at the mo. I'm under my pre pregnancy weight but would just like to be a bit lower.
