30 mins running. didn't manage it all in a oner as was pushing the baby in a buggy and the wind was definitely against us. still, kept a reasonable pace so know i was working hard!

Fickle, I have only tried to run with my buggy and LO a few times (she is the same age as your DD) and it was awful, so credit to you!  I could only run walk when I did it.

4 miles on Saturday in 36 mins, nice run.

9.5 miles today in 1 hr 33, slower than normal, but running into the wind is sooo hard lol!  Thats my excuse anyway.  I felt like I was running in slow motion at some points it was so strong, I must have looked hilarious to those driving past, doing a running motion, but not really going very far!

Like Clair, managed 20 miles this week, onwards and upwards for next week.

Glad to hear your feeling back on form missis! You in for the Abbey dash yet?

Mine was a 30 minutes hill session. Maximum incline was 7.0 running at 6.5mph. The incline gradually increased for 1 min at a time with 1 min recovery in between. Pretty knackered at the end!

I ran a 10k race with my sister on Sunday. She had only run 4.5 miles before so I went with her to paceset for her as she wanted to finish under an hour. I used it as a gentle run out but she finished in 59:42 so I did my job right, although I thought she was going to hit me at one point! She didn't seem to appreciate me chatting along whilst she was obviously in pain :p

Oh, and am on day 2 of not smoking :o) Fingers crossed I can keep it up.

Clair
