Hi Ali,

I remembered it was your race as soon as i got up this morning!  I may be too late to catch you before you go now, but very best of luck!

Enjoy it as much as you can, you know you can do it, and you will have no problem finishing.  I will be thinking of you when I am out plodding on my long run later this morning!

Let us know all about it when you get back.

x

but did it in 1 hour 54 mins so well chuffed i got under 2 hours, this time last year if youd told me i could run 10 miles i would have laughed at you so huge achievment especially as i only get to train once a week
