does anyone know the syns in the new single pots of activia low fat yoghurt. They are 165g ones. Can't find the syns anywhere.

RASPBERRY ACTIVIA per 100g (pot size 165g)

47kcal, 4.6g protein, 6.9g carbs,fat .01g(sat fat- trace), Fibre 2.5g

STRAWBERRY ACTIVIA per 100g (Pot size 165g)

61kcal,4.8g protein,10.2 carbs, 0.1g fat(sat fat- trace), fibre 0.2g
