Hi everyone

Need to work my ticker out x that said thats not why I posted as you may have gathered from the title!

When I used to do SW years ago and go to class (I currently do online) the consultant used to say that if you were struggling to lose - throw a fish week in and it will speed your weeks losses.  Well I'm trying it this week and currently upto my 2nd fish tea - with another 2 on the weeks menu!

Do you think this is true?  I know most are SS foods, but do consultants and you super knowledgable SW ladies and gents still say this?

Love to all Mills

23 lost 21 to next target (started 01.09.09)

Hi

I know that if I stick to mainly red I do get a better loss, the trouble is I love pasta, potatoes, rice and loads of them!! I suppose the good thing with EE is we can have Fish & chips lol

Good luck with your fish week, let us know how it goes.

Dilly

I'm the same as Dilly - definately have best losses on red days but just find them soooo hard that I nearly always do green. so when i'm trying to have a super good week i normally go mix to max instead as that way I get the best of both worlds - better weight loss for lunch but tasty comforting food for dinner :)
