I was in a rush this morning and didn't make my lunch last night like I usually do, so bought a sandwich from a shop...BIG mistake, as I've now found out it had 14 syns in it! And this was from the shop's so-called 'healthy range'!

However in my old SW book it says that you can deduct 6 syns off a shop bought sandwich and count as a HEb if it is wholemeal. However, mine was malted brown bread. Can this count as a HEb or do I need to count the whole sandwich as 14 syns? Just as well I've not used any other syns today!

Thanks

Sarah x

Sorry but it is just wholemeal bread that is the healthy extra.
