Hi Jo, sorry this message is a bit late, i admit I've been rubbish at checking the board (slapped wrist), but i'm going to try to be on here regularly from now on.
I'm a big fan of workout DVDs there's a selection to choose from here http://www.ivillage.co.uk/dietandfitness/getfit/Fitnessfinder/articles/0,,163561_664057,00.html and you can get most of them pretty cheaply from Amazon. If you want a quiet workout then maybe something pilates or yoga based might be best.
