I was trying to pick up the exercise bug again (with me exercise goes in fits and starts) but as soon as i was starting to get somewhere and actually see a difference from working out I get a cold. And then another one! Anyone any top tips on how to stay healthy while exercising? I'm starting to think the stress of the exercise is causing me to catch bugs! I do an outdoor fitness class called British Military Fitness and I'm wondering if it just doesn't suit my body to pushed so hard. Has anyone else found this? Every time i start to exercise more this seems to happen.
