Hello all

Hope you have had a good week - well a darn sight better than mine anyway. Hurt my back early last week and it has been killing me since - I'm afraid thoughts of healthy eating and exercise went right out of window. Off to docs!

i was 11 13on sat then ran great south run on sunday weighed 11 8 afterwards then back to 11 10 today next week expect a gain did my 6 year olds birthday party yesterday and there is so much food left over, i hate throwing stuff away so will plough through it over next few days then get back to proper healthy eating
