Hiya everyone and welcome to the Wii Fit Board Board (that so doesn't sound right)

I am Emma. Busy Mum to Katelyn (4), Megan (11.5 months and started walking today). I'm a SAHM and a foster carer (getting a 5 month old and her mum soon)

I got our board 5 months ago and since then have gone from 13st 9lb (BMI 28.28) to 12st 7st (BMI 25.89). But I still haven't unlocked much so definitely need tips on how to :)

So over to you, feel free to introduce yourself and tell us whether you are a wii fit newbie or a seasoned professional?

Hugs

Emma

Nice to "meet" you Cathy :)

I agree, motivation is my problem too and thats only with the 2 kids. I'd imagine it is worse with 4!!!

Try getting a few people together one evening and try to outdo each other. Works well with the balance games. (and works even better if slightly sloshed, but of course that isnt recommended lol)

Hiya

I agree, the time has gone so fast and it seems like last month and they were babes in arms. I now have a toddler!!!!!!!

Have you let your DS on the board yet? I have a 4 year old and she loves hula and step. Can't do it with DD2 about though as she always wants to sit on it. Then again she'd probably be better at the balance things than I am :)

Hugs
