Hello everyone, and congrats on your new CLship Jasmine!

Im just wondering when everyone uses their Wii Fit?

I bought one (watched the stock websites for ages and finally got one) about 6 weeks ago. We bought it with raving rabbids TV which my 3 year old does enjoy playing when he gets the chance.

But with an almost 1 year old as well we find it hard to get the time on it. The little one will always decide she wants to press the buttons, play with the remotes etc lol

i need to find the motivation to do the fitness in the eves but have to say Im struggling, by the time kids are in bed Im exhausted after a full days work too and im finding it hard to dig out all the stuff (cant leave it set up) and use it when all i want is my bed.

so, how does everyone else manage, do you have set times and a routine that you stick to?

xx

Hi Nicola,

I Have a wii fit and want to start getting in to a regular routine using it!

I have a one year old and need another 8 hours in the day. my baby has an hour nap a day so I think I'll use it then.

Are you using it for weight loss? I want to shift The extra baby weight!! Have a bit to go!!!

Hiya

I used to use it at about 8:30pm. Kids in bed at about 6-7 ish then a bit of TV to relax, then DH goes for a bath as he works nightshifts and have a play then. Its nice because then I have a bath and I can cool down and relax before going to bed

What do you think of the Rabids? We have 1, 2 and TV party and LOVE them. They are great for having a few friends over and playing pass the remote

Hugs

grrrr, thats just taken an hour for me to be able to reply as curser went awol lol

Ive got the baby weight of 2 to lose, i lost loads after the birth of each but piled it back on and more afterwards.

I cant do it when baby is napping because Im working from home full time but perhaps should try and get myself moving in the eves, if i can get DP away from his fishing and sci-fi on Sky.

I have to say i quite like the dance / step games but cant do them if the curtains are open lol. My son likes to watch me get him by the pandas and boots and the giggling puts me off. So i dont get high scrores but still the exercise.

Hi,

I also struggle to do it in the evs and as much as I would like to think I can do it once the kids are in bed I want to eat and go brain dead in front of the tv.

My 9 year old is of course at school and my nearly 4 yr old is at playschool 5 mornings a week which is a huge help lol. That just leaves my youngest and even though he is 18 months he has always slept in the morning. He has one big sleep a day and that's as soon as I've done the school run so he's in bed from 9:10am until 11am ish - that's MY time.

I must also admit to wanting to sit down and watch Jeremy Kyle with a big cup of tea or coffee and a cereal bar which always makes me reluctant to do wii fit. So now I have unlocked the 'free' step up I can watch my Kyle whilst doing step which is fantastic!! Kind of problem solved really.

I still have to force myself but I manage to do it for 30 mins 4 mornings a week. Even though haven't done it since last Thursday as our boiler died and we've had no hot water for a shower.

Its so hard trying to fit things in.
