Hello all,

It's a bit quiet on here of late so just wondering if its down to you all being addicted to your wii fits???

I have to admit, I haven't been using mine every day recently, due to holidays, change in routine (school hols), but I am trying to get on it at least every other day.  This week I've managed the past 3 in a row, so not too bad.

Haven't been using my ea sports active as much as I thought I would though.  I still prefer wii fit with it being less intensity and having the option to watch tv whilst working out is such a bonus.

Any one got any boasts of high scores, weight loss, etc?

love

Hiya

Unfortunately we have had the same problem, 2 children, school hols!

DD1 has just started school and is doing 2 weeks of mornings then home in the afternoons. But have DD2 who is 17 months and a foster placement who is 9 months who only have one nap, in the afternoon. So when they are asleep I have special time with DD1.

But in a weeks time she will be in school full time and then I get time to myself!!!! Yey

Then again, I need energy and thats in short supply lol. However running about after the babies is keeping the weight off, even though I am eating far too much chocolate

I've discovered the free step and rhythem boxing. So cool :)

Hugs

Message: i bought mine last christmas and have seldom used it! but i'm going to start using it more and maybe alternate days at the gym with a wii fit session!
i did the jogging circuit the other day on wii fit and that was quite good, my calves ached for a couple of days after, whether that was due to me not cooling down for long enough or running barefoot i dont know, maybe a combination of both but i'm quite heavy on my feet and it's so noisy and cumbersome when i've got shoes on!
doesa nyone else wear their trainers to run on the wii fit? or do you just wear socks or nothing?

I've found doing it in bare feet makes me sore but doing it in trainers is noisy on the laminate and I can only do it when babies are in bed or napping. Apparently doing it barefoot on a trampette is good

Hiya hun,

I tend to just run barefoot too.  Since having my ea sports active game and running with the leg band, etc, I seem to have altered how I run on the spot and I don't seem to ache as much after so whether I was doing it wrong before who knows!?!

I don't do the running on it that much tbh coz I prefer the free step where I can watch TV at the same time, lol.

Keep up the good work :-)
