Hi

I need a bit of advice, been trying to lose weight since january and have only lost ½ stone, really struggling.

Need to lose about 4 stone in total, foods not the problem I need exercise.

Desperately need to lose about 1 inch from my midriff as i am a bridesmaid in 5 weeks and my dress is snug in that area and really do not want to have it let out. Have got a wii fit, but have not really used it, can anybody recommend which exercises to do and, and how often and is it possible to lose and inch in 5 weeks.

Would appreciate any help.  Thanks in advance

Hiya and welcome to the board

I'm sure the wii fit can help achieve that. I'm not an expert (by any means lol) but I've always found some of the yoga and the muscle workouts really seem to work in certain areas. I can only tell because of how sore I am the next day lol

Try some of them out and you'll soon see which are hitting the target area. I also find the boxing good for an overall workout, its mostly arms, but if you are really throwing the punches then you can feel it in the middle as you are twisting.

Hope these help, let us know how you are getting on and if you find anything that works well for you

Hugs
