Hi All

I'm new here and just started weight watchers yesterday.  I have been a member before (several times!) but was not 'in the zone' so i lasted for a short while then back to the bad habits.

I think I'm finally ready to take the plunge and go for it once and for all.  I just hope the motivation stays with me this time!

In the last few weeks I've also started a beginners running program which i downloaded and i think this has gave me the push i need to get my eating habits in check and hopefully this will also speed up my weight loss.

I look forward to getting tips etc from you all! x

Hi there

Welcome to the board.  Like the motivational member name!  I'm sure you'll have no problems with the weight loss if you are also running.  I'm going to the gym a couple of times a week and now that I've been at it for about 6 weeks now I'm finding I enjoy it and want to do more.  Also, you're right - the exercise motivates the diet and vice versa.  A virtuous circle!

Good luck

Linda x

Hello & welcome to the board!!

Well done on taking the plunge and getting started again, and even more well dones for the running programme too! Exercise is my biggest downfall, in that I do very little apart from the short school run and the occasional longish walks when we go geo-caching!!

Looking forward to sharing the journey with you!

Heather
