Hi y'all !
Been away lots and pretty busy, hence my absence on here.
I'm still going OK - put a lb on week 3 due to over-indulgent weekend but have caught up and overtaken again bring my total to 10lbs.
Clothes are all feeling looser - (have actually slimmed out of one pair of trousers already - hurrah !!) and I'm getting a real kick out of rediscovering lovely things in my wardrobe that I can fit into again.
I took my starting measurements on 12th Oct so plan to take them again next Thursday after class.
How you all doing ladies ??
