Morning ladies
Just a quickie to say happy halloween!!
I face much temptation tonight as I'm going to my friend's house party... BUT...
- I'm not drinking cos i have to drive home
- I will take a bottle of diet coke so i dont drink anything with empty calories
- I'm going to eat lightly today, so I can eat a bit more tonight
- I will do lots of dancing, which will help burn a few calories, if only a few
- I will not get hung-up on the fact im trying to eat healthier and will have a good time
Ok, so this is mainly to tell myself, but this is my game plan, lets hope it works
Hope you all have a good one (or at least an undisturbed one if your normally plagued with trick-or-treaters)

Happy Halloween everyone. We never do anything at Halloween, so I'm off to a friends house tonight for a chat. We can usually go through a large bottle of fizzy juice each when I'm there, but not tonight! I'm going to stick to flavoured water this time! I know she's going to do the whole "Oh come on, it's the weekend" pressure thing, but this time I'm not going to cave in. I am really determined to do this. She wants to lose weight too, so if she's serious about it, she will join me! lol

Have a great time. We don't do Hallowe'en, so nothing special in our family. Diet Coke may not have any calories, but it's not good for you, so to be consumed in moderation! I prefer plain fizzy water myself, if I'm not drinking for whatever reason. But relax and enjoy yourself - eating a little more than strictly necessary won't hurt you occasionally.
