Hi

I just wondered if anyone here has a wooden floor in their house and if so how easy are they to clean/maintain. We have recently had some building work carried out in our lounge/diner and now need to get a new floor covering. We are actively considering investing in a real wood floor instead of having another carpet but I just wondered if they are cold/noisy and dusty. Do you hoover it or mop it or use a soft broom to keep it looking spick and span. Thanks.

Yes we have wood floor thru the hall kitchen and dining room and its great mop it yes sweep it yes vileda broom with a foam bit on it

can be a bit cold but they are practical, personally wouldn't have it in a lounge or bedroom
