I'm probably (hopefully) worrying over nothing!!

i noticed some bumps on my legs....2 of them. like a round circle of hard skin. Didnt think anything of them, kept thinking i'll go to doctord to check....but didnt.  i have a 2 year old dd and a 5 week ds. So had other things to do.

i dont know how long they have been there, i dont remember. but stupidly i've looked up skin cancer today and it looks very similar to basal cell skin cancer.

i cant leave my kids!!!! they need me, i have my 6 week check tomorrow with doctor so i will ask her about it. but i'm scared so needed to post on here. hubbie is at work and doesnt even know i was bothered by the bumps.

It probably is nothing but DO check with your GP. If, note I said if, it does turn out to be a skin cancer the treatment is simple and successful. I must admit though that this is quite likely to be connected to your having recently given birth. All sorts of silly things happen to our bodies afterwards.

i feel so silly....worrying before getting myself checked. The doctor said it was just a mole, and that i'm going to be fine. I shouldnt have posted....there are people here really going through hell, and i come on worrying over nothing. I do feel very grateful that i'm ok.

Nothing to feel silly about. If everyone checked out stuff like this then any problem would be caught earlier. LOL the GPs would be rather busy though!

glad everything is OK, now enjoy that lovely new baby of yours.
