I have noticed I feel worse with all the overcaste days and colder weather.

I'm going to be the exception here, i'm really heat intolerant. Humidity really badly, anything over about 23 degrees really affects me. The hotter it gets the worse I get.

I feel really sick, dizzy, get blurred vision, and my symptoms get so bad I can lose the use of my arms. As soon as I cool down and my body temperature returns to normal i'm fine. It's awful!

xx

Hi Naomi,

how trying for you. In that case, I am glad it's getting cooler :-)

I just wanted to say for such a long time well as long as i can remember my favourate season has always been autumn.
I have always hated the summer with a passion never liked getting to hot and sweaty, feeling worn out all the time.

Since i was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid this July i have felt so down.
I used to love going out walking amongst the leaves that had fallen from trees the crisp chill and wind i used to love so much.

I now find though that i hte being so cold so i turn up the heating in the house ,then i have to turn it off as i feel as though im overheating.

When i do go out as i muscles play up so much people are wrapped up and i wear thin sweater as i overheat, and i dont sweat that much so it turns into a horrible prickly heat type rash.

I do enjoy listening to the rain though when im in bed i tend to find it very relaxing.

Hi Hel,

depression does tend to rob us of enjoyment of things we used to like. I just keep reminding myself it is only temporary.

I love the smell of Autumn, the colours of the leaves and things like that. I do find winter draining though.
