Message: I have a vertebral hemangioma (which is a vascular tumor) on my vertebra C-7 with also a small bulging disc on the same vertebras C-6&7. I saw a neurosurgeon and was very displeased with him so I resulted in going to therapy as suggested. (Wasn't happy about that at all) I reached all the goals the therapist had for me and was pain free for about 3 months and up until this past Sunday. I have scheduled a Doctors appointment for Monday but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I might be able to do. I've changed a lot of the way I do things such as buying a new desk chair, buying a book holder so I'm not looking down while I'm reading and exersising but not lately. I have hypermobility in my joints so I know that my left shoulder and my neck are somewhat related. I just hurt my left shoulder again lifting something and that is when my neck started hurting again. I hope this all makes sense to everyone and if not just ask me questions. Thanks!
