Message: Can anyone help? I've recently gone off sex, completely... I've never been particularly active in that department (although I usually enjoy it when it happens) but recently I just can't be bothered. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years and love him very much... it's not that I don't fancy him (even Robbie Williams wouldn't tempt me right now) but I just can't be bothered. My boyfriend is very patient but it is affecting our relationship as it's come to the stage where I'm reluctant to kiss or show much affection for fear of where it might lead. I've been thinking about seeing a pyschosexual counsellor but really want some assurance that I'm not alone and that other women go through this? Any advice would be appreciated!

Message: I have had a similar problem (several times actually), but I wouldn't recommend that you see a psychowhatsit, they live in cloud cuckoo land! Rather you have to remember how you felt when you had sex last- maybe it just wasn't exciting enough to make you want more of the same. I would recommend saucing things up. My husband and I found a new world of sex when we found the rampant rabbit, for example.

Message: That made me laugh... we have played around with vibrators before, I should probably try to be more adventurous! I think the problem is that I build it up in my mind to be a really big deal which makes me panic at the thought of doing it, especially when it's been left for a while (currently 2 months and counting..). Like my boyfriend says, I probably just need to get on and do it without thinking about so much beforehand!
