Message: I've had a mole by my belly button for as long as I can remember, but I noticed yesterday that I've got two little white spots appear in the middle of it. It's itchy but I daren't scratch it...should I be worried?

Message: Hi nemo

Welcome to the board

From what I gathered from my partners experience of moles, you you can never be too careful, I think it would be a good idea to get it checked by your GP or practise nurse to ease your worries. It could be nothing but it is better to know than not.

Hope things work out ok.

Take care
Sarah

Message: I don't think your over reacting, my partner has had several moles removed due to change of appearance though they turned out not to be anything but his GP said it was better to take the better safe than sorry approach.

Hope all will be ok for you
Sarah
