Hi Anna,

Have you been to see your GP about it yet? That should be your first port of call really.

Hi Anna,

Not sure if you have found anywhere yet. I know someone who works at a Women's Health clinic called Tonicity by Oxford Street. They help people with leaking problems and also offer preventative treatments too. Their website is www.tonicity.eu

You could try a GP, but getting treatments seem to take forever, and you could quite quickly be seen at this clinic.

Good luck,

Cath

Hi Cath

Thanks for the info. I contacted the Tonicity clinic and they arranged to see me. I am starting treatment on my pelvic floor muscles now I understand how weak they were.

Thanks again

A
