I have two strange dark patches on belly for a few weeks now. They are both the same size 5p piece, and both same shade and both distance from my Linea Nigra (dark line in middle o belly) about 2 1/2 inches away. They are just under my bump. Its as if someone has put a mirror down my belly due to the above!

DH said i'm growing horns!! (much to my disgust!)

Anyone else had/have this and know what it is? I have no other skin darkening anywhere!! Tried google with no joy!

very odd!

Hi,

I got the very same when i was pregnant, they were dark patches but also felt a little rougher than the rest of the skin, i was told it was hormone related and they do disappear after you've had the baby eventually.

Ahhh ok!

Thanks for that! I had a feeling it may be to do with hormones. It just looks very odd due to the symmetry! Well I'm glad someone else has had them and they are not horns haha!

Many Thanks,
