I think you are definitely perimenopausal and with that, everything is normal, if you see what I mean. I am afraid you will have to be like a boy scout, be prepared LOL. It can be a pain.
You might find you experience period pains, etc at times when you normally would have expected your period, even if it doesn't arrive. That's normal too. I do always suggest though, that if you have anything that worries you, please go and check it with either your GP or your practice nurse.
