Hi, The food plan link Jill has put down is almost exactly what I followed. I think my snack was a bit more while I was gaining, but that's coz i have a physical job. What's written there is what I'd follow on a non teaching day I'd say (which I'd find difficult when i don't exercise, but it is do-able). It's pretty much still the same now and my weight has stabilised, although I still worry it's suddenly going to go up (so irrational!!). When i was first gaining I tried to really cut my exercise down - not allowing myself to do anything on top of my teaching. No extra runs or exercise DVDs. It's hard, but do try if exercise is a thing for you. Well done on what you've achieved so far. You're sounding really motivated, and that's great :-) Could you go out with friends in the evening but go for a meal so you don't miss out on your evening meal, and don't miss out on socialising either? I know I struggle eating away from home, but for me it's control issues. I'm getting better I think. (I have a BBQ today at a friends so that'll be a test of that!) Keep fighting xx
