Hi Jill,

Not in a good place right now in my head- PMT? Stress?. Weight seems to be staying the same though regardless so I suppose that's good (?!)

Thanks for hug. Need some of those right now.

Hope you're doing well...

Hi Sparkley,

I think we are both in the same boat right now with the stress. My weight is going down, deliberate restricting I am ashamed to say. I am so glad your's is stable. Well done you.

Hugs

Jill,

Sorry you're struggling too. Is there anything I can say or do to help remind you that restricting won't help ease the stress? I know how hard it is as I am soooo tempted to restrict right now. In a way I'd like to - but am crap at succeeding at that as i give in to my hunger too easily lately (which makes me feel worse - stupid). Just want to send you some hugs and PMA. Hope your weekend leaves you in a brighter mood... lots of love, xx

Hi Sparkley,

your  support is helpful in itself . I did eat fairly properly today, then felt guilty. Silly isn't it. We know we shouldn't do it but the temptation when we need to feel we have control makes us do stupid things.

Just wish I could control depression :-(

Have a good weekend. Come teach my classes, ballet exams next week so my stress levels are rising. Just sewn  8 sets of ribbons on little ballet shoes, more to go.

Hi Jill and Sparkley,

Sorry to hear you're both struggling a bit at the moment. I think October can be a tricky month with the days getting shorter and colder. I think we all need a snuggly security blanket to climb under!

I've just been away on retreat. It was brilliant. Lots of meditation and appreciating beautiful scenery and chatting with people from all over. And lots of healthy, nourishing food. Really helped me to put some things in perspective. And plenty of me time to reflect on what's the right path... although no answers yet...

Take care of yourselves honey.

xx
