I have no success story for you as yet but i was told i had pco, i had a scan many years ago, was told i had pco's but  the only issue i had was the facial hair that i have treated once a week, i am a typical 28/29 day cycle i am so regular its the most reliable thing in my life, a few years ago i had another scan & some blood work done, the blood work was ok, not great but scan was fantastic - they even told me that they could see an egg, but i have been ttc unofficially for 3 months, 1st official month this month, and i've been doing a lot a research about vitex/ agnus castus as i have been unsure all my life as to whether i am ovulating or am one of those people who have periods without releasing an egg, as i have not been pregnant and its not like i haven't been in many situations where i could have gotten preggers. This is my 2nd day and already i can see more copious CM i thought i would have to wait a lot longer. half of me is wondering if its me or not.  i am also doing my BBT charting, no rise as yet but fingers crossed this will happen in the next couple of days, i also feel some action going on down there - really not sure if this is a coincidence or if the AC really is so powerful the effects can be seen in 2 days. 3 a day  equals 1500mg also have DH on wellman tablets for max results. i also take the following:

Agnus castus (Liquid form) 3 times a day
evening primrose oil   once a day
pregnacare conception one a day
magnesium OK once a day.

As this post was posted in August, have you had any luck on this yet.

I tried AC when I was trying for DD but still ended up having fertility treatment to have a successful pregnancy but I have heard good things about it (that's why I tried it in the first place).  It will do you no harm so it is worth using it, fingers xxx you will be successful in trying for a baby.

I have heard that the AC tincture is good and acts really fast so wouldn't be surprised if it is taking effect straight away.  I tried the pill format and the first time I took them and tried to lose weight at the same time my cycles did shorten from 50+ to 30+, but this time I have taken them for 6 months and they have had no effect.

Normally they are taken to help regulate cycles but it sounds as though yours are regular anyway - are you sure you need it?? (saying that though it won't harm you if you continue with it).
