Last night I had sex with my partner, unprotected...which was a complete one-off as I'm very strict on that... however, it still happened.
Now, I'm on the pill so I shouldn't be worried - but I've been suffering severe memory loss and confusion (due to anti-depressant medication, which I have been off for a week) and I'm not sure if I'm safe as I've been too forgetful to remember to take my pills correctly and now I've had unprotected sex.

...I cannot remember for the life of me which pills I have forgotten or remembered to take. However, last week I had my period and was due to re-take my pills on the Monday, but I forgot and started my pills on Wednesday. I forgot Thursday's pill but took yesterdays and todays... There are no clinics or chemists open locally over the weekend and I've heard that if I leave it until Monday, the morning after pill will only be 58% effective...

I really have no idea what to do!
