Hello all,
I have been posting on ivillage for a few years now (in phases) but am new to this board. DH and I decided it was about time we quit as it was getting to the point where the nicotine was ruling my life (haven't been to cinema for years as I couldn't go that long without smoking). Anyway, I am using zyban and have not smoked for 5 days, hooray!! however I am finding it harder today than the others, I think I'm only really typing to give my hands something to do. I am currently just under 8 stone and size 8 and it took a lot of diet, exercise and will power to get there. Now I am calling on that same will power to get me through this although I am terrified of putting a load of weight on as i have done nothing but eat and suck polos since I quit. I am picking at fruit and veg but that gets boring very quickly so I move on to meat or chocolate. Off to work tonight tho, so hopefully that should take my mind off it.
What a long ramble lol, is anybody else going completely mental?
