hi, I'm considering going bankrupt because of my crippling debts. I've been advised that i cant get an iva because im on benefits so its debt management plan lasting 10 years or bankruptcy

I don't think i own anything worth the bailiffs taking except 2 things. My tv is a 47 inch flat screen and my car (x reg fiesta probably worth about a grand. I'd hope that they wouldn't take the car because I've got a 4 year old a 6 month old and I'm 5 months pregnant but I'm not sure.

Any advice would be very much appreciated
