Message: I have posted on a couple and the answers i got were very variable - also i think the name Webchat is misleading as it appears to be live interaction, where as this is a Q&A thing.

I agree with what you said! I got a great answer when I asked a question on a Money Magpie chat but I've asked the odd nutrition question and had vague/general answers back.

When I first joined i-village I thought the chats were on a "chatroom" somewhere and it took me a while to realise it was just a question/answer thing.

Message: I have twice. One I thought the answer was rubbish which was the Kim and Aggy chat. The second time it was the slimming one and I thought the answer for that was great.
