I am similar prob..my neigbour has overgrown bush which is causing shade and many insect..spoke to her abt it she been saying for 2 years she is gona cut it..nto sure wat else i can do ?

Also the wall on the back end of my garden is collapsing and will tumble into my garden i am guessing it is both neighbours responsibilty....as there will be 3 neighbours involved including myself...the two property are rented so how do i go abt getting it repaired ?
