My new baby grandson arrived very safely.I should be happy but it is another Joy I can't share. It just reminds me so badly that my DH never lived to hold his own precious son and now his son is a daddy again and Dh will never hold his grandsons either.

Sometimes I want to much just to leave the earth plane so the hurt and pain can't touch me anymore.

Hi Jill,

It is my belief that after death we return to spirit and this also applies to where we were before birth. Now going by this I would say your DH got to know your grandson(s) before you did and is now sharing him with you.

Your DH can be with him while the little one sleeps and you can be with him while he's awake.

If you would like to talk you know where to find me.

Hugs

Owly x

My daughter gave birth to a gorgeous daughter 3 weeks ago.

Like yourself, the day was full of mixed emotions.

But the overriding feeling that I feel is that he made his choice and he is the one missing out.
He is missing out on so much and when something as momentous as this happens it brings it all home to you again.

Enjoy your grandson, they make life worth living.

Hi Owly,

Thank you. I believe that too , just some days it gets me. I found your thoughts that DH is with my babies while they are asleep so very comforting.

You all have just the right words to pick me up when I am down.

Hi KS,

congratulations on your new baby. Children are God's opinion that the world goes on I think :-).

Oh, very mixed emotions, all whirling around but so nice to come here and let my thoughts out to those who fully get the feelings we all go through.

How are you coping now?
